Customer Care Program PT. FAJAR MAS MURNI

Sebagai salah satu divisi di PT FAJAR MAS MURNI yang mengageni Ingersoll-Rand Air Solution, sejak awal tahun 2011 Industrial Technology Division telah menyelenggarakan Customer Care Program sebanyak 5 kali di beberapa wilayah perwakilannya, seperti Bandung, Surabaya, Bekasi, Medan dan Batam. Program ini dimaksudkan sebagai salah satu wadah untuk berdiskusi antara FMM dan customer, untuk saling memberikan input dan melakukan knowledge sharing sehingga dapat menjalin kerjasama yang lebih baik. Untuk tahun 2011 ini, program ini ditargetkan untuk dapat diselenggarakan di setiap wilayah perwakilan FMM di seluruh Indonesia. Dalam waktu dekat Program serupa akan diselenggarakan di Semarang, Balikpapan, Lhokseumawe, Palembang dan Pekanbaru.

As a division of PT FAJAR MAS MURNI which distribute Ingersoll-Rand Air Solutions, Industrial Technology Division has organized Customer Care Program for 5 times in some areas of its representatives, such as Bandung, Surabaya, Bekasi, Medan and Batam, since the beginning of 2011. The program is designed as a forum for discussion between the FMM and clients to log on to each other and make the sharing of knowledge in order to establishing more effective cooperation. In this 2011, The Program was designed to be held in each FMM region throughout Indonesia. In the near future, a similar program will be held in Semarang, Balikpapan, Lhokseumawe, Palembang and Pekanbaru.
