- Type FS Single Toggle Crusher
Type FS Single Toggle Crusher employs a single reciprocating toggle for compressing the feed. Since this single toggle crusher is capable of crushing lumps as large as several hundred millimeters in diameter, it is used for primary and secondary crushing. Being simple in construction, the single toggle crusher requires a comparatively small installation space and is easy of maintenance and inspection.

- Cone Crusher

Type EC and Type CC have a large crushing ratio, and Type CSH is especially suitable for fine crushing.

The gyratory crusher crushes a product of primary crushing to produce sub-base course material or material to be treated by a tertiary cone crusher. The feed opening in a gyratory crusher is determined according to the size of primary-crushed product so as to make the opening as small as possible. By doing so, it is possible to make the crushing chamber product, thereby reducing the machine height and weight.As the crushing capacity is increased, the crusher weight relative to crushing capacity decreases.
By mounting the gyratory crusher and the motor on a common bed and providing a damping rubber plate between the bed and skid base, it is possible to reduce the vibration that is transmitted from the crusher to the skid base.
