INT Group Spare-Parts Marketing Program (Part IV) CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAM – INT DIVISION



INT division’s Marketing Program with Customer Care Program (CPP) concentrate is re-held at October 29th, 2017 and is located at Hilton Hotel, Bandung. “Energy Saving & Piping System Optimization” is the main theme in the program.

Having good responses, 44 representatives from 20 customer’s companies are attending the event. Most of them are located at Bandung and Cirebon areas. The following reports are discussed contents in Customer Care Program:

 

a.            These are several things that need to get some attention in piping system.

•             Filter inlet pipe and its components.

•             Header pipe configurations.

•             Distribution pipe configurations.

•             Supply point.

 

b.            The following points are requirements for a good header pipe.

•             It can flow the air that comes from every attached compressor.

•             The ideal flow velocity is under 30 fps.

•             No flowing turbulence wind can hold up the flowing air. It also has a good downstream, so there’s no stacking water dew, and it has disposal facility.

•             It has some facilities of block valve, safety valve, and pressure gauge in each branching.

 

c.             Several things that need to be carefully check to trim the energy are:

•             An exact amount of compressed air necessity.

•             A good calculation of lost compression amount.

•             The amount, type, and level of compressor must be exact.

•             Energy recovery.

•             A good maintenance.
